Downstairs 

Living area  - an impressive open plan living/dining area with a spectacular panoramic view across Isis Lake and direct access through patio doors onto a private lakeside decking area.  Modern fireplace, flatscreen LCD television with Freeview and DVD/CD system and iPod connection.  Contemporary dining area to seat 6 people in style and comfort. 

Decking area complete with barbeque and large outdoor dining table for 6 perfect for al fresco dining. Soak up the stunning, unobstructed view over the lake. With its south easterly aspect the sun appears mid morning till late in the evening. 

Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, double oven with grill, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. 

Shower room - a family size room with clean and modern lines equipped with an electric shower, toilet and wash basin

Upstairs 

Bedroom 1 - Stunning master bedroom with king size bed and magnificent views over looking Isis Lake though the floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch the sun come up if you're enjoying a lie-in or wait for the moon's reflection in the lake. 

Bedroom 2 - double bedroom.

Bedroom 3 - two full-size bunk beds.

Bathroom -  Family size with bath and shower over, toilet and wash basin located in between the master bedroom and bedroom 3.
