Booking Online in 5 Easy Steps

1  Click  to Book Online. Select the date you wish to arrive. The available start dates are underlined and the net price is displayed when you hover over date. At the bottom in red any discount available.

2  Your selected arrival date will be circled in red.  Please select your departure date.

3  A booking summary will appear with your selection - please check the details. Please enter number of people in your party and any optional extras required. The total booking cost (including a £100 refundable security deposit and 2% credit card fee) and the amount immediately due to confirm the booking will be displayed at the bottom.

4  Please complete ALL the details on the booking form.

5  The online booking system immediately updates on acceptance of a booking with secure transaction of credit card or BACS payment.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• Arrival and departure days are Friday or Monday. Arrival after 3pm. Departure by 10am.
  (Other days may be available on request at the owners discretion.)
  
• The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 6 + cot. 
  
• A cot, high chair and/or stair gate provided for an extra £15
  
• Prices quoted are per lodge to include all bedlinen except for the cot, towels, tea towel, electricity, welcome pack and use of onsite facilities and activities including fishing.

Additional charges

• 2% credit card fee
• A £100 Security Deposit is added to the booking cost and is fully refundable except for any costs due to breakage, damage, extra cleaning, you have inadvertently returned home with the Access Card or charges levied by the Management for damage to their property or facilities and/or costs arising from noise or disturbance to other guests and owners. It will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure.
  

Notes

• No smoking is permitted inside the property but an ashtray is provided for use outside on the sun deck only.
  
• For longer stays please contact us by email or phone usually only available in the LOW SEASON £1,500 per month including heat and light.
  
• Sorry, no pets in consideration of our other guests.
  
• This is a private rental where you correspond directly with the owners.

• Credit card payment on line or by phone is secure, and an easy way to pay. We recommend payment by credit card for your own guarantee and protection - 2% fee.
